Returns Overview
At khivaronshun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative supplies purchase. Our return policy complies with New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help make it right.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items without original packaging
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us. We'll process the exchange once we receive your original item. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
